What's actually in Feel Well?+
Every bottle starts with cold-pressed lemon and ginger. Pure is just that — unsweetened. Smooth and Hibiscus are sweetened only with real sugarcane juice: no refined sugar, no additives. Hibiscus also adds real hibiscus for its colour and tart floral note.
What sizes are available?+
500ml (Ksh 400) and 250ml (Ksh 250), both VAT-inclusive. Size is selected independently of flavour and pack type, on every product page and in Build Your Pack.
How does the Triple Pack work?+
Pick one size, then choose any 3 bottles across Pure, Smooth, and Hibiscus — all one flavour, or any mix you like. Every Triple Pack is 12% off, automatically, regardless of the mix.
Do I have to buy a pack, or can I get a single bottle?+
Either — every flavour and size is available as a single bottle at full price. The Triple Pack just comes with a built-in 12% discount.
Is it suitable for children?+
Yes — Feel Well is a drink for the whole family. Smooth, sweetened only with real sugarcane juice, is the mildest option and a good place to start for kids.
Where do you deliver, and how fast?+
We currently deliver within Nairobi only, same-day. Add your delivery address at checkout — estate/area plus a nearby landmark is all we need.
How do I pay?+
M-Pesa, via STK Push at checkout — enter your phone number and approve the prompt. We'll also take orders directly over WhatsApp if you'd rather order that way.
Is it cold-pressed?+
Yes, all three flavours are cold-pressed to keep the ingredients as close to their raw state as possible.
How should I store it, and how long does it keep?+
Keep bottles refrigerated and consume within the window printed on the cap. Once opened, finish within 3 days for the best taste.
