Delivery

Same-day delivery within Nairobi only. Add your delivery address at checkout using your estate/area and a nearby landmark — no formal street address needed.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver in Nairobi only. Get in touch on WhatsApp (+254 768 151 860) if you're just outside Nairobi and want to check availability.

Returns

Because Feel Well is a perishable food product, we can't accept returns of opened bottles. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't arrive at all, message us within 48 hours and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Order Changes

Need to change or cancel an order? Message us on WhatsApp (+254 768 151 860) as soon as possible — we can usually make changes before an order is dispatched.

Payment

Payment is by M-Pesa (STK Push) at checkout, or directly through WhatsApp. All prices shown are VAT-inclusive — there's no separate tax added at checkout.
